TO THE HON. BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF ROBERTS CO., S.D.

This is to certify that at an election held in and for the proposed town of Peever, Roberts County, South Dakota, on the 30th day of August, 1901, we the undersigned, W.F. Ferver and Bert Bloomhall, the inspectors of election held in said proposed town for the purpose of voting on the question of incorporation thereof, and Pius Laing, who was duly appointed to act as one of the judges of this election in the place of Inspector William Dinger, who was absent from said town, county and state, attended and conducted said election and acted as judges in the forenoon and closed af four o'clock in the afternoon of said day; vit of Geo. W. Mosher hereto attached, and the affidavit of Bert Bloomhall, hereto attached. That immediately after the polls were closed on said day the inspectors of election proceeded to canvass the votes of said election and found as follows:
That there were nine (9) votes cast for the office of trustee of the 1st district of said town of Peever and Sampson Renville received nine votes thereof, being a majority of all the votes cast for trustee of 1st district of said town of Peever, South Dakota.

That there were nine (9) votes cast for the office of trustee of 2nd district of said town of Peever and Pius Laing received nine votes thereof. Having a majority of all votes cast for trustee of 2nd district of said town of Peever, South Dakota.

That there were nine (9) votes cast for the office of trustee of 3rd District of said town of Peever and Bert Bloomhall received nine votes thereof being a majority of all the votes cast for trustee of 3rd District of said town of Peever, South Dakota.

That there were nine (9) votes cast for the office of Clerk of said town of Peever and George Hensell received nine votes thereof being a majority of all the votes cast for Clerk of the said Town of Peever, South Dakota.

That there were nine votes cast for the office of Treasurer of the said town of Peever and George Hensell received nine votes there of being a majority of all the votes cast for Treasurer of said town of Peever, South Dakota.

That there were nine votes cast for the office of Assessor of the said town of Peever and Edward Bicford received nine votes thereof being a majority of all the votes cast for Assessor of said town of Peever, South Dakota.

That there were nine votes cast for the office of Marshal of said town of Peever and Walter Dinger received eight votes therof being a majority of all the votes cast for Marshal of said town of Peever, South Dakota.

That there were nine votes cast for the office of Justice of the peace of said town of Peever and W.F. Ferver received nine votes thereof being a majority of all the votes cast for Justice of the Peace of said Town of Peever, South Dakota.

That there were nine votes cast for the office of Overseer of Highways of said Town of Peever, and Bert Bloomhall received nine votes thereof, being a majority of all the votes cast of Overseer of Highways of said Town of Peever, South Dakota.

Therefore we hereby certify that…Pius Laing, Sampson Renville, and Bert Bloomhall were duly elected trustees, George Hensell was duly elected clerk, George Hensell was duly elected Treasurer, Edward Bickford was duly elected Assessor, Walter Dinger was duly elected Marshal, W.F. Ferver was duly elected Justice of the Peace and Bert Bloomhall was duly elected overseer of Highways in and for said town of Peever, Roberts County, South Dakota, to hold said office until the next annual election as provided by law and until their successors are elected and qualified and we hereby further certify that all things relative to said election were fairly and honestly conducted and performed and said election was conducted as provided by law.
